About the Role
In this role within The Orange Door (TOD) network in Barwon, you'll be a key player in providing vital support to individuals and families impacted by family violence. Collaborating closely with various teams and professionals, you'll help prioritize and process referrals effectively while maintaining the utmost confidentiality of sensitive client information. Your work will contribute directly to the overarching goal of providing integrated services tailored to the needs of those affected, with a strong emphasis on perpetrator accountability and client empowerment.
The key objectives of this role are to:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for referral processing and invoice management, utilising MS Office Programs and CRM systems effectively.
- Ensure accurate registration and processing of sensitive client records across multiple access points within the Barwon Orange Door network.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and process referrals efficiently, including communication with professionals regarding referral acceptance.
- Support Screening Identification and Triage (SIT) Team Leader and other Orange Door Team Leaders with incoming calls, case assistance, and general administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of client information while adhering to organisational policies, procedures, and accreditation standards.

About You
- A Bachelor or working towards a qualification in social work or other relevant disciplines.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a high level of organisational and time management skills with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
