About the Opportunity

Join the Meli team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and families as an Early Childhood Program Support Officer. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our NDIS Early Childhood Partner program, providing vital administrative support to ensure our services run smoothly and create a welcoming environment for children, families, and the team. You'll have the opportunity to engage with a variety of stakeholders, process referrals, maintain essential databases, and help manage the resources that support the Early Childhood Program.

  • Ongoing part-time position
  • 0.6 FTE with a flexible roster, allowing you to choose how to distribute the hours across 5 days

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in office administration and data entry, with a Certificate III in Business or similar qualification considered beneficial but not essential.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, effectively managing workload and responding to requests within required timeframes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to build rapport and work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with varied abilities.
  • Competence in using digital tools and systems to support administrative tasks and streamline workflows.
  • Knowledge of the challenges and complexities within the NDIA and/or disability sector is advantageous.
