About the Opportunity
As the Manager of Kindergarten Educational Outcomes, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Meli’s Kindergarten Services. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring compliance with National Law and Regulations while driving alignment with the National Quality Framework. You will oversee a dynamic team of Kindergarten Program Advisors, Pedagogical and Development Leaders, and Kindergarten Program Officers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. This role involves strategic engagement with key stakeholders, delivering professional development initiatives, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all Meli Kindergarten programs. With a focus on educational outcomes and compliance, you’ll lead critical projects, support continuous improvement, and represent Meli in sector-wide forums, making a lasting impact on early childhood education.

- Fixed term position until 21 April 2025
- 0.8 FTE working 30.4 hours per week
- $128,398 p/a (pro-rata) + Super

About You
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent as approved by ACECQA and suitable pursuant to the Education and Care Services National Law Act 2010 and the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011.) Including current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the National Education and Care Services Act and Regulations 2011 and the Victorian Early Years Learning Framework and ECEC National Quality Framework and Standards.
- Significant experience as a senior leader in ECEC including supervising, mentoring, and coaching ECEC staff.
- Proven capability in leading programs to deliver proficient service delivery within a multi-site organization.
