We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Leader to oversee our Family Support Services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for children, young people, and their families.
About the Role
As the Team Leader – Family Support, you will:
- Lead a dedicated team to deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe, and client-centered family support services.
- Provide guidance and support for case management, ensuring effective assessment, planning, and measurable outcomes for families.
- Oversee service delivery to ensure a focus on early intervention, risk assessment, and evidence-based interventions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through professional supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, contribute to service innovation, and ensure compliance with program targets and reporting requirements.

- Higher Duties Opportunity from 31 January 2025 to 14 February 2025
- 1 FTE working 38 hours per week
- $115,319 p/a + Super + Salary Packaging

What We're Looking For
We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field, with strong knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance.
- Proven experience in leadership, including staff supervision, mentoring, and program management.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with vulnerable children and families, particularly in child welfare or out-of-home care settings.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- A current Victorian driver’s licence and a commitment to fostering a child-safe culture.
