We’re looking for a Digital Change Manager to develop and lead change management strategies that empower employees, mitigate risks, and drive long-term sustainability of new digital systems and processes.
About the Role
As a Digital Change Manager, you will:
- Develop and implement a standardised change management framework, ensuring smooth delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead impact assessments and stakeholder mapping, identifying risks and developing strategies to support successful adoption.
- Drive communication and engagement, working closely with the internal stakeholders to ensure clear messaging about changes.
- Create training strategies and readiness plans, collaborating with Learning & Development to build employee confidence in new systems and processes.
- Monitor progress and evaluate success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adapting plans as needed.
This role ensures that digital transformation is effective, employees are empowered to embrace new technologies, and long-term organisational benefits are achieved.

What We're Looking For
We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- A degree in Organisational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or extensive experience in organisational change management.
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Change Management Practitioner (CMP)), with a track record of leading digital change initiatives.
- Experience developing and implementing change strategies, including engagement, communication, and resistance management plans.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong project management abilities, ensuring change initiatives are well-executed, measured, and continuously improved.
