We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Manager Infrastructure and Support Services to lead the planning, implementation, and oversight of our facilities, fleet, and reception operations. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact across our corporate offices and kindergarten environments.
About the Role
As the Manager Infrastructure and Support Services, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight across Meli’s facilities, fleet, and reception services.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, occupational health and safety standards, and early childhood education regulations.
- Lead master planning, capital works, and procurement processes to support organisational growth.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs, security systems, and hygiene standards across all sites.
- Oversee fleet operations including vehicle planning, maintenance, and insurance.
- Lead a team of dedicated staff, fostering a culture of quality service and continuous improvement.
This role is pivotal in ensuring that Meli’s infrastructure supports a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.

What We're Looking For
We value leaders who bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and a commitment to service. To succeed in this position, you will have:
- Formal qualifications in infrastructure or project management, or extensive experience in a similar leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and teams across multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, health and safety obligations, and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of building effective partnerships.
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.
