This is a unique opportunity to lead with purpose, influence service delivery, and support a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

About the Role

As a Practice and Compliance Lead, you will:

  • Lead the integration of evidence-informed frameworks and ensure compliance with service standards
  • Analyse critical incidents and service trends to drive quality improvement and risk mitigation
  • Build practitioner capability through coaching, training, and resource development
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align practice with strategic objectives and sector developments

Position Details

  • 12-month Fixed term position
  • 1 FTE working 38 hours per week
  • $119,350 p/a + Super + Salary Packaging

What We're Looking For

We value individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles. To succeed in this position, you will have:

  • Bachelor of Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Diploma of Welfare Studies, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Extensive experience delivering high standard case practice and leadership in the Community Services sector.
  • Capacity to provide positive leadership with a focus on support, accountability, and experience within a complex service delivery environment. Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills including report writing to ensure program compliance, positive leadership and quality service.
  • Evidence of proficiency in data recording systems specific to the program area
  • Understanding of the purpose and expectations of the Victorian Child Safe Standards and demonstrated commitment to contributing to a child safe organization in both practice and culture.
